• Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Thursday) ship same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day
• Orders are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays

Delivery Time

• Most orders arrive within 2 business days after shipment

Returns

• Opened products are not eligible for return
• Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
